Refund and Returns Policy

At Book Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must not be damaged beyond what was described in the original listing, and it must be the same item that was sent to you.

If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us by email at mail.bookgallery@gmail.com with your order number, the title of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 to 3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.

Book Gallery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

If your return is rejected because the item does not meet our return eligibility conditions, we will notify you and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notification, please first check your bank account or payment method again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some additional time for the refund to be officially posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail.bookgallery@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or significantly different from what was described in the listing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email at mail.bookgallery@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a full refund or a suitable replacement if available.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.

8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at mail.bookgallery@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our standard return process.

9. Shipping Policy Reminder

Book Gallery offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
