4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order with Book Gallery, you are making an offer to purchase the item listed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or unavailability of the item.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Book Gallery does not store your full payment card details.
5. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Book Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with any available tracking information. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
