Thank you for shopping with Book Gallery. We are committed to getting your order to you safely and in a timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Destinations
Book Gallery currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to process orders for international destinations at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and other factors outside our control such as holidays or weather conditions.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking information is available, it will be included in that email.
5. Tracking Your Order
When tracking information is available for your shipment, we will provide it in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at mail.bookgallery@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.
6. Delivery Issues
Book Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in such cases.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery area and with neighbors or building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us at mail.bookgallery@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.
Book Gallery is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as missing or stolen. However, we will work with you to find a reasonable resolution.
8. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mail.bookgallery@gmail.com. Include your order number and a description of the damage. We will review your case and work to resolve it promptly, which may include a replacement or a refund where applicable.
